The Utah Municipal Clerks Association (UMCA) provides a limited number of scholarships for clerks and recorders to attend the UMCA Institute and Academy and the UMCA Annual Conference. We are able to provide these scholarships using funds from our Silent Auction at each Annual Conference and from generous donations!
