UMCA Institute and Academy is proudly hosted by Southern Utah University and is a great opportunity to earn education points.
Institute is a beginner to an intermediate educational program designed to help individuals enhance their job performance and meet the challenges of the complex role of the municipal clerk. Institute is also the most efficient way to earn the 60 education points required by IIMC to earn the CMC designation. *Academy is included with registration for Institute.
Academy is an advanced continuing education program that prepares municipal clerks to perform complex municipal duties. It is also the most efficient way to earn the 60 advanced education points required by IIMC for their MMC designation.
Professional Development Day is an advanced continuing education program for those who have earned their MMC designation. It is provided during Academy to offer education and networking opportunities for seasoned professionals.
