The Utah Municipal Clerks Association (UMCA) provides a limited number of scholarships for clerks and recorders to attend the UMCA Institute and Academy and the UMCA Annual Conference. You may also download the Application HERE and submit it to Lisa! Please make sure you submit the Municipality Consent Form with your application. If lodging is requested on the application, please book rooms at the less expensive hotel. The city will need to pay for the registration and lodging which will then be reimbursed by UMCA.

*A "Municipality Consent Form" is required for all applications. The form must be signed by your Mayor/Manager and uploaded to your application.
